Throwing your old phone away?

There are an estimated 60 million old mobiles in the UK. The vast majority are lying idle around people's homes and offices. The magnesium, nickel and cadmium that most of these contain means they are potentially harmful if they end up in landfills. Don't let your phone be one of them.
By donating your phone to Christian Aid you will not only be helping to protect the environment. You will be supporting overseas development programmes and UK campaigns tackling global poverty and injustice.
By donating your phone to Christian Aid you will be supporting overseas development programmes and UK campaigns.
You will also be helping to provide affordable technology in countries where it's most needed. Christian Aid will receive £3.50 per handset. This is enough to vaccinate 21 children in India against life-threatening diseases.
